Both are entirely separate spaces. There’s a full kitchen that’s stocked. Two bedrooms. Large family room. Bathroom with shower. There’s a large yard and huge porch.

Guest access
Large yard great for spending relaxing time outside. Plenty of parking. Room for trailers, campers, and boats. Enter off back porch with keyless entry.

Other things to note
There is a train nearby. Most enjoy the small-town feel. However, if you are a light sleeper i would suggest earplugs or a sound machine.
