Pet Friendly Cottage on 21 acre farm

Enjoy the lovely, quiet setting on 21 acres. Newly renovated 2 story bank barn will be your home away from home. Soft, muted colors, zen feel. Come relax, hike, ride your bike, go wine and craft beer tasting, Copper Fox Distillery, has nice gin and bourbon if you prefer. Visit Luray Caverns and Shenandoah National Park, or shop at Sperryville gift shops, restaurants, antique markets and art galleries. Old Rag Mountain is only 20 minutes away! This cottage has 2 bedrooms, with an extra queen-size blow-up mattress. There is a full bath upstairs with a 1/2 bath downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. A full-size washer and dryer is also located in the cottage. A gas grill is outside for your use. Propane is provided. You will have the entire renovated barn to yourselves. You will have access to the property and the pond, just no swimming allowed. Hi David and I would be delighted to meet you but will give you as much privacy as you wish.
