The house furnished to a modern standard and has comfortable beds. Linen and bedding is hotel grade and cleaning/ housekeeping is provided weekly when staying for longer than 10 nights.

Free wifi. Log burner. Large garden. Gated entrance. Two brilliant local pub/ restaurants as well as a cafe and charming local shop.

Winchester 10minutes drive.

There's a cosy snug off the kitchen/ dining area with log burner and Sky TV.

The main lounge can comfortably seat at least six with large TV.

With a large open plan kitchen diner you will be able to socialise with your group whilst cooking in the well equipped kitchen.

The garden has a patio terrace and dining set for enjoying meals in the evening sun, as well as lounge furniture.

If it's a bit chilly out, you can still enjoy the sun in the conservatory.

You'll find four double bedrooms and one twin room, with en-suite in the main bedroom, including walk-in shower and bath tub.

The family bathroom has shower over bath.

There is an additional cloakroom downstairs.

You'll find two great pub/ restaurants just a few minutes walk and a cafe with shop for essentials, a relaxing coffee or sandwich.

There are local buses to town or a 15minute walk to Shawford train station for longer journeys.

Although this is a large property and sleeps lots of people, it is not suitable for parties. Please check our house rules and get in touch to discuss before booking if you're unsure?
