The main bedroom has a cosy double bed with the second room having bunk beds. The cottage has full central heating. For in-house entertainment we have a flat screen TV and Blu-ray DVD player. We have a selection of DVDs, CDs and books meaning there is always something to do even if the weather's against you. There is also the use of FREE ultra fast fibre broadband (WIFI). There is a washing machine, microwave, toaster, hairdryer, hair straighteners and a coded security safe for your valuables (all of which are free of charge). All services are included with high quality linen and towels provided, and a few complementary surprises. It's a fairly quiet road so you can stop outside the front door to unload your bags You will have access to every area in the property. I am local to the area so should you have any issues or queries we'll be on hand to help any time. The neighbourhood is one of the best in Torbay. Wellswood has long been established as an exclusive part of Torquay. You are a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk into town and the main harbour. If you don't fancy walking there are bus routes and a stop just on the main street 30 seconds from the property. There’s no outside space
