The space
Located in a prime central spot, The Old School House is just a short walk from Norwich’s top attractions, including the iconic cathedral, Norwich Castle, the historic Norwich Market, and the charming cobbled streets of Elm Hill. Artisan shops, cosy cafés, and fantastic restaurants are right on your doorstep, making it easy to immerse yourself in the city’s lively atmosphere.

Step inside to discover a thoughtfully designed space with artistic touches, period features, and modern comforts throughout. The peaceful bedroom features a spacious double bed dressed in crisp, fresh linens. Soft towels, extra blankets, and a hairdryer are also provided, along with a modern bathroom stocked with complimentary toiletries including shampoo, body wash, and hand soap.

The bright and airy living area is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring, complete with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a charming decorative fireplace. Just off the corner of the living space, you’ll find a handy second WC, offering extra convenience during your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering easy, with an oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a dedicated coffee station to help you start your mornings right.

You’ll receive an email with your key box code and full check-in instructions before arrival. If you have any questions, we’re just a call away.

House Rules:
- No smoking indoors (use outdoor areas & ashtrays provided).
- No pets.
- Please respect the property and leave it as you found it.
- Quiet hours: 9 pm – 8 am (weekdays), 11 pm – 8 am (weekends).

Damages:
We understand accidents happen! Let us know if anything breaks so we can replace it for the next guests. We won’t charge for minor breakages like crockery.

Terms of Stay:
A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided.

Extras:
- Travel cot & high chair available for £30 (request 24 hours before check-in).
