Both rooms are equipped with wardrobe and hanging space. Both beds are kingsize with brand new furniture and hair dryers in each, and fresh linen, and beds made before arrival.
There is a spacious bathroom with the option for a nice relaxing bath or a shower with towels provided.
And a fully functional kitchen, with oven, electric stove, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, and washing machine and dryer.
There is also an ironing board and iron if required.

Please note check-in is from 3pm at the earliest, and no earlier check-in can be guaranteed. This is due to the cleaners schedule which changes daily.
Checkout is at 10 am.

This is a quiet residential area on the edge of town.

If you arrive early there is on street parking if required for up to 2 hours, it’s just a case of finding a space! If any longer there are 2 multi story car parks within a 5 minute walk, kingsway or friars walk.
The Train station is a few minutes walk across the bridge with direct links to London or Swansea. Cardiff 10 minutes away via train or Bristol 20. It’s the perfect location!

There is a very strict rule of no parties or events. Guests who break this rule will be asked to leave, so we kindly advise that if this is the intention for booking, this is not the appropriate accommodation.
The garage door Dimensions are 210cm wide by 185cm high. (This is with the door raised)
