The Cosy Corner Nationwide Ltd. are proud to present this spacious 4 bedroom house in central Manchester.

This house is well located to get into Manchester and Stockport by car, taxi or public transport.

There is free parking which is fully described later.

The space
There are 4 bedrooms which have 1 double bed and 6 single beds. The single beds can be made into double beds.

Ground floor has Kitchen Diner, a Bedroom and WC, you can also access the rear garden.
The dining table is extendable, has 6 chairs, 2 stools and can sit 8 people.

1st floor has bedroom and lounge with a huge sofa bed (even bigger than the photo as we got a new one).

2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, an en-suite shower room and a full bathroom.



Regarding the parking:
Between Monday to Friday 11am to 3pm there is a permit system in place.
We currently have 1 permit.
Outside of these times and at weekends the parking has no restrictions and is completely free.

Guest access
You have sole access to the property.
