3 bedrooms - with 6 single beds. 2 rooms could be made into double beds as an option.

Ground floor has: Lounge/diner, Kitchen, bedroom and back garden (patio). The dining table has 6 spaces.

1sr floor has: 2 bedrooms, bathroom (shower, sink, loo).

The free parking is on street and 1st come first served, it is a long street so plenty of opportunity to park nearby.

Free Wifi and all the linen, towels and all the equipment such as washing machine, fridge, cutlery that you'd need to move into at short notice.

Guest access
The whole property is for your sole use.

Other things to note
The house rules are that no parties, smoking or loud noises are allowed, especially during quiet hours.

Main things are to respect the property, the cleaners, the neighbours and the hosts.
