The apartment is fully-furnished and has all the comforts you need for a memorable and enjoyable stay and it can sleep up to 6 people. Everything has been taken care so that you can have a very comfortable and memorable stay. The space is flooded with natural light which makes it very bright and airy. It exudes a quiet and elegant vibe, thanks to its light colours and furnishing. It comes with a fast internet connection, so you can connect to the world while kicking back on the comfy sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, washing machine, and other amenities for your usage. You will find two bedrooms within the property, one with double bed and another one with a super king bed which can be split into two single beds. Both bedrooms are snug and very pleasant. The living room comes with a very large and comfortable sofa bed that can sleep additional two people. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. For your health and safety, the flat is professionally cleaned. You are right in the city centre so all the attractions, restaurants and shops are yours to enjoy. Enjoy your stay! Guests have access to the entire property Our team will be available should you need anything. Please be aware that this property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 GBP smoking fee. Please ensure that you do not cook any food with strong smell (strong smelly fish, strong spices etc.) that could result difficult to get rid of. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). We reserve the right to call in without notice to inspect the property and ensure that our requirements are observed.
