Location

The house is located close to Leamington Spa centre in a quiet residential area, just 16 minutes’ walk from the train station. A large Sainsbury’s and Lidl supermarket are less than a 5 minutes’ drive away so you can stock up with your essentials. Should you just need to pop out to grab some bread or milk, there is a handy corner shop 2 mins walk away.

Living room/diner

A large bright and airy living room /diner which is the heart of the house and a great space for dining and spending time together. Luxuriously furnished the living space has seating and dining for 5, a large four seat sofa, and additional easy chair, coffee table, reading lamps, and full access to an included Netflix subscription through the wall mounted 40″ smart TV. The Smart TV includes access to all the Free View channels, as well as apps such as YouTube, BBC iPlayer, All4 and the ITV Hub.

Dining Area
Leading through the archway from the living space is the separate dining area. With seating for five the area serves well for meals, working on laptops and playing board/card games, and family life. Double doors lead out on to patio doors should you wish to open them and
enjoy some fresh air.

Kitchen
The kitchen benefits from ample storage and cupboard space, cooker with oven, microwave, toaster and kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. All crockery and cutlery is provided for you, plus we’ve included a Nespresso machine along with a selection of espresso pods for you to enjoy.

Master Bedroom w/en-suite
The master bedroom sleeps two on hotel quality beds, has a wooden hanging rail as well as an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom has a shower cubical, sink and toilet. Complimentary towels and shower gel are provided. Next to the bed is a bedside cabinet and lamp and the room also benefits from a full-length mirror. A hairdryer is also available and is found on the shelf of the hanging rail.

Bedroom two
Next to the bathroom, bedroom 1 sleeps two on hotel quality beds and the room contains a wooden hanging rail for clothing and accompanying hangers. There is also a bedside table, lamp and a full-length mirror.

Bedroom three
Sleeping one on a hotel quality bed, there is an alcove to be used for hanging clothes and storage. Complimentary towels and shower gel are provided.
