The Water Tower at Long Meadow Farm6

Chalet (Entire place)

Max Sleeps 4

The Water Tower at Long Meadow Farm, sits on the edge of an orchard and has spectacular views across the Warwickshire countryside. It has been converted into comfortable accommodation sleeping 4 in two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Every attempt has been made to preserve the original components of the water tower .
The construction company responsible for the conversion won a Federation of Master Builders regional award for the work. Described in the Daily Telegraph of 29 June 2019.

The farm is surrounded by countryside with horses in nearby fields and ducks roam the grounds. There are beehives about 100 metres away on the other side of the orchard from the tower.
The living area is in the tank on the top floor, with an open plan kitchen diner lounge, containing many features from the original building. A working pressure gauge measures water pressure at the top of the tower.
There is a cooker, electric induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Coffee, tea, sugar, milk sachets as well as biscuits are provided. There is a Smart TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix (guests have to supply their own subscription details) and DVD player. USB sockets and superfast broadband are available in all rooms. On the ground floor there is a washer drier and an iron.
On the ground and first floors there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, one being a three quarter size, they have en suite bathrooms.
There is underfloor heating throughout supplied by a heat pump, and the electricity supply is partially from Solar panels. There is parking for two cars with an electric car charging point available (please note that no adapters or leads are supplied). Illuminated signs indicate the entrance and parking areas if you arrive in the dark.
The conversion has been done sympathetically to the original tower dimensions, and as such space is limited in the bedrooms. There are 44 stairs from ground floor to the living area at the top. The tower is not suitable for disabled access.

You'll have full sole access to the tower, there is seating on a patio outside which is for the use of the tower only.

There is a key safe on site and you will be given the code for arrival. Please leave the key in the safe at departure. If you need anything then we are generally at home some of the day, and you will have our phone number.
