The space
Forty-Four Harrogate is a period townhouse rebuilt for groups. The whole place was renovated top to bottom in 2026, so you get Victorian character with brand-new finishes.

• Bedroom 1: Four Poster Kingsize bed with luxury en-suite shower room

• Bedrooms 3, 4 & 5: Double beds

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms, including a roll-top bath for a proper soak after a day at the Turkish Baths, plus a separate WC. No queuing for the shower before a 9am exhibition start.

Living & dining
The lower ground floor is the heart of the house: a full-width open-plan kitchen with integrated appliances and an American-style fridge freezer, a dining table seating the whole group, and a lounge seating area with flatscreen TV for the evening.

Outside
A private, enclosed south-east-facing courtyard sun terrace with outdoor dining - morning coffee in the sun, dinner outside in summer.

Parking
Private off-street parking for 2 cars behind the house, with an EV charger. In central Harrogate this is gold dust; most town-centre stays leave you circling for street parking.

We welcome wedding groups, families, and business or exhibition teams. No stag parties, and no parties of any kind.

The house is a period townhouse set over several floors with staircases throughout, so it is not suitable for guests who cannot manage stairs.

Harrogate Convention Centre is around the corner, and Bettys, the Turkish Baths, the station and the town's restaurants are all within a short walk. Direct trains to York and Leeds; the Yorkshire Dales, RHS Harlow Carr and Fountains Abbey are an easy drive.
