The space
As you enter this wonderful annex, you'll be greeted by the fully-equipped kitchen.

Off to the side is a well laid out, large, modern bathroom, featuring shower cubicle and stand alone bath tub.

Up the stairs you'll find the bedroom with Superking Size Bed. Note the reduced headroom as you're up in the eaves.

Also on the top floor and to the other side of the stairwell, is a comfy lounge area with corner sofa and TV. A Juliette balcony gifts you stunning views over the Surrey/ Hampshire countryside! There is also a desk and office chair, should you need to work from home.

This property is bright and maintains a comfortable temperature year round.

You'll find plenty of bedding including a comfy duvet and pillows, dressed with cotton, hotel-grade linens. Towels are large and fluffy too!

Since this is the annex, you will share the driveway with the main house, where either the owners or other guests may be staying.

The garden to the back and side of the property is yours to enjoy, but the garden area in front of the main house is solely for the use of the guests in that area.

Apart from that, you will have the property (with separate entrance) to yourself.
