Relax in your own home from home experience, the house was fully refurbished in 2023 to a high standard and  includes  a modern living dining area, a fully stocked kitchen and 3 bedrooms sleeping 4/5 people. Off road parking for 2 vehicles with EV charging available. (extra cost applied) 

Fairburn is a unique place, its located  between Leeds, York & Wakefield, with easy A1 /M62/ M1 /train access but also has the most amazing RSPB nature reserve which is ideal for bird watching, walking and cycling. Families love a walk around the Ings and then top it off  with a meal or drink in one of the local friendly pubs.

The Mews is three bedroomed with two king size beds and 1 single. If your looking for a good nights sleep, the bedding is top notch and the house is located on a quiet Mews. There is a family bathroom with bath/shower and quality fluffy towels are provided

The kitchen has a full range of appliances including washing/drying machine, coffee making, microwave, juicer, slow cooker etc.

There are a number of fantastic local country pubs serving food with a good selection of local Ales, The Three Horseshoe is the “local’ with local entertainment nights and Sky TV. Popular visitor attractions all within local distance are Xscape the indoor ski centre along with a cinema complex and countless eateries and not to forget Diggerland which is very popular with youngsters or perhaps the child in us all. For a full day out why not consider Harrogate and the Yorkshire Dales.

If your stay is for work Leeds, York, Wakefield and the industrial estates of Sherburn, Featherstone and Normanton are close by.
