Spacious master bedroom with comfy king bed is perfect for a relaxed good night sleep. It comes with a large wardrobe to store/hang your clothes. The comfortable arm chair is perfect to enjoy a tea/coffee in the morning while sun bathing.

Bedroom 2 comes with a large comfortable double bed for a good night sleep. Also room equipped with a large wardrobe to store/hang your clothes.

Bedroom 3 has a single bed and a full size guest bed. This is perfect for an extended family or a large group of contractors. Again room consists of a large wardrobe for storing clothes.

Living room comes with a large smart tv loaded with your favourite streaming services like Netflix. Also there is a comfy L shaped sofa bed, a 2 seater sofa bed and a yellow comfy chair. It is a the perfect place to enjoy your evening watching your favourite tv program with your loved ones or colleagues.

Dining area has large contemporary wooden dining table and 6 comfy chairs. It is ideal for having your supper with family members or co workers.

Full size kitchen is equipped with all the cooking utensils, and gear you need to make a tasty supper. There is a 4 cooker induction hob and a large oven to help you prepare your delicious meal. Also there is a large fridge and a freezer to store your meals, vegetables and beer.

There is an outdoor patio area with outdoor furniture which is perfect in the summer to have your dinner outside with a glass of wine or beer.

Guest access
Guest can access all of the apartment including outdoor patio area.
Also there is a common children play area next to the patio which guests with small children can utilise to entertain their children.

Other things to note
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required to complete your reservation prior to check in.

This will be collected as part of the pre check in process off of AirBnB platform. The main guest will be asked to sign our in house Terms and Conditions and upload a proof of identification.

Extra bedding (Guest Bed linen and sofa bed linen) should be prearranged at the point of booking and there is an additional charge of £20 per linen set. Spare linen is not left for guest use.
