Travel cots are provided on request and are subject to availability.

2 Dogs are welcome for a one-time fee of £20. You will find this option on the booking confirmation link that was emailed to you.

A security deposit fee of £100 is processed 48 hours before your arrival via a link sent to you at the time of booking. Our cleaning team inspects the property after your departure and the fee is returned after they confirm there was no breach of our T&Cs.

Please beware that any dog mess found in the garden after departure will incur a deduction of £50 from your security deposit of £100. Unfortunately, this is due to recent unpleasant experiences. Thank you for your understanding.

Before you arrive, you will have received check-in instructions via email. This email will provide a code for the lock box and all instructions relating to the property. But we are reachable via phone, WhatsApp, or SMS if you have any questions.
