The semi-detached house has 2 large double bedrooms which can be made up as twin or king beds; a family bathroom; kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, oven/grill, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar; spacious living & dining area with double sofabed, allowing up to 6 guests.

The property has a conservatory which opens up into a court yard style enclosed private garden with brick built BBQ and seating area. For those with little ones we also provide facilities such as a travel cot, changing mats and dedicated nappy bin. A hairdryer is supplied as standard. Fresh linen and towels are supplied.

The property is located with easy access from the A52, A38 and A50. Being centrally located it is 20-25 mins walk from Derby city centre, Royal Derby Hospital & University. The train station is a 30 mins walk. Rolls-Royce, Bombardier, Toyota & Pride Park are just 15 mins by car. Perfect for a city break or to delve into the wonders of the Peak District just 25 mins by car.
