Corton Retreats self catering villa overlooks the unspoiled Suffolk coast and is set on seven acres of parkland at Waterside Park.

Located in the picturesque village of Corton, this park has a real community atmosphere. Corton is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday or one that is full of coastal fun and adventure.

Our Corton Retreat sleeps up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms. Enjoy garden and sea views from the balcony. 1 Double, 1 twin/double and 1 single bed. All beds are new and come with comfortable, stylish duvet and pillows. Each bedroom includes bath towels.

A stylish newly refurbished lounge with two large sofas and wall mounted Smart TV with freeview. Streaming services such as Netflix are available.

Spacious lounge with a contemporary dining table and chairs.

Corton Retreats has a new fully equipped modern kitchen with all new appliances. Oven, hob, extractor, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer and washing machine.

Downstairs bathroom with toilet, basin and spacious shower. Contemporary bathroom features extractor fan, non-slip shower mat and also a clothes hanger for laundry.

All bedlinen & towels are provided, please bring along your own towels for use around the pool and for visits to the beach.

All rooms have heaters.

A hairdryer is available and situated in the master bedroom.

Free Wi-Fi is available in our villa and is also available in the onsite Coast Bar & Restaurant.

An iron, a free standing ironing board and a vacuum cleaner are provided for guest convenience.

Corton Retreats villa has a private gated decking area with outdoor table and chairs. Overlooking a large area of shared lawned gardens.

The Door Key is kept in a Key Safe beside the front door of each villa, allowing guests to check-in at their convenience.

The bar and restaurant at Waterside Park offers a large menu with lots of daily specials that you can enjoy. They also offer a takeaway option.

Enjoy a relaxing swim or exercise! At Waterside Park their is a large indoor heated pool which measures 24 x 7 metres. Open daily from 9am till dusk. A lifeguard will be on duty during opening hours.

At Waterside Park they regularly show sporting events such as football, rugby and cricket. You can also have an evening of entertainment that is suitable for all ages. This includes karaoke, singers and comedians.

At Waterside Park there is a hairdressers, beauty salon, launderette and security at night. Free WIFI is also available across Waterside Park.

Corton Retreats is the perfect location for exploring nearby beautiful sandy beaches. Enjoy days out, walking and picnics beach spots along the curving coastline of the stunning Norfolk and Suffolk shores.

We recommend visiting beaches at Corton, Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Gorleston, Walberswick, Cromer, Sea Palling, California, Scratby and Hemsby. There are many more beautiful beaches all within driving distance for a traditional British day by the sea.

Corton has so many local attractions that make it ideal for family retreats. If you are looking for a fun filled day, there are attractions such as Pleasurewood Hills, Africa Alive, BeWILDerwood also How Hill Trust and Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens which are all well recommended. You and your family can also spend a day or two at Great Yarmouth with so much to offer such as Joyland for the younger children or the Pleasure Beach for the thrill-seekers. Also the Sealife Centre, Pirates Cove and the superb Hippodrome Circus and so much more.

The local area surrounding Corton is full of market towns such as Beccles and Halesworth, quaint villages such as Somerleyton and stunning coastal villages such as Southwold with it's historic pier. The spectacular Norfolk and Suffolk Broads, are Britain's largest protected wetland and third largest inland waterway, with the status of a national park.

We recommended visiting local popular river side villages such as Horning or Wroxham where you can can take a river cruise or hire a day boat to explore the beautiful scenery and nature. The nearby Oulton Broad is also a very popular place to go, especially for water-sports such as; sailing, canoeing, rowing & boating.
