The space
Whether you're here for work or a weekend break, this home is set up to ensure comfort, flexibility, and peace of mind. Located in a great spot, it’s pet-friendly and features an ample private garden, perfect for summer BBQs or a quiet coffee outdoors before heading out to work.

This spacious and versatile 3-bedroom house comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests, making it ideal for families, contractors, or group stays.

Bedroom 1 – 1 x Bunk Bed with an additional pull-out single trundle (sleeps 3)

Bedroom 2 – 1 x Super King Zip Bed, which can be split into two singles upon request.
Includes a private en-suite bathroom for added comfort and privacy.

Bedroom 3 – 2 x Single Beds, which can be joined to create a Super King, perfect for families with young child(ren), couples or when extra space is needed.

Living Room – 1 x Small Double Sofa Bed (linen provided on request)

🛁 Family Bathroom – Squeaky clean and fully stocked with essentials, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Guest access
🔑 Self Check-In – We want your arrival to be smooth and stress-free. Guests can check in at their convenience via a secure key lock safe located outside the house. We'll provide detailed instructions and your unique access code once the booking is confirmed, so you can settle in hassle-free & no waiting around!

🏡 Full Property Access – This is your home away from home. You'll have full and private access to the entire house, including all three bedrooms, the cosy living room, fully equipped kitchen, family bathroom, en-suite, and the private garden. Whether you're here for work or a weekend away, the space is yours to enjoy in complete comfort and privacy.

📹 Need Help? – The host is easily reachable through the camera doorbell if any immediate support is needed, a great perk for peace of mind during your stay.

→ Bathroom Essentials – You’ll find toiletries including shampoo, body wash, and hand soap, ideal for short stays or if you’ve forgotten anything.

→ Fresh Linen & Towels – All beds are made up with fresh linen, and towels are provided for every guest. Sofa bed linen can be arranged upon request.


Check-In & Check-Out

→ Check-In: From 3:00 PM – Self check-in is available through a secure key lock box, so you can arrive at a time that suits you.

→ Check-Out: By 11:00 AM – This gives our cleaning team the time they need to prepare the home to the highest standard for the next guest.
