There is an ample amount of seating for the maximum occupation of 8 and it wouldn’t even be a push! As part of visiting Canterbury it is an absolute must to soak up the atmosphere of the Butter Market which is the essence of the old part of Canterbury City. Each room has been designed and furnished to bring the warmth and character of Canterbury inside. It a sight to behold. The open plan living area is expansive and uses the old buildings structure to great effect. Old wooden beams run throughout giving you a constant reminder of the history of Canterbury. Comfortable seating and luxury bedding will ensure a truly splendid stay for everyone. We have included as many amenities as possible to provide the home from home experience for our guests. The property can comfortably sleep 8 with two on a large sofa bed in the living space. The property is large enough that this number of people can all socialise within their own space. A 4K Smart TV and free WiFi mean evenings can be enjoyed whether out and about or if you have chosen to stay in. Binge watch Netflix to your heart's content and ask Alexa for information on the local area, she also plays music. The property has a brand new Nespresso machine and a variety of pods to choose from. We supply herbal teas and regular teas as well as shampoo/body wash and soap. The first bedroom has a king size bed and looks out onto the Butter Market and you can even see the Cathedral rising behind The Cathedral Gate Hotel. The second bedroom has a double bed and has a little balcony looking out onto what I can only describe a scene from Harry Potter. A spiral staircase then leads to the third bedroom with two singles tucked away in the apex of the property. You have to see this property to really appreciate it. You will not be disappointed.
