The Luxurious Semi-Circle is a truly spectacular and beautifully finished luxury apartment with open-plan living accommodations. It is ideally located, providing easy access to Cambridge Railway Station, Addenbrooke’s Hospital, and the city centre. Linen, towels, and toiletries are provided, and there is a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine. The property features elegant rooms, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, three balconies with great views, a baby travel cot, underfloor heating, and wall sockets with USB plugs. This impressive apartment occupies half of the fifth floor in a stunning and uniquely designed development.

Malachite is in a prime location at the heart of the Kaleidoscope, offering distinctive views of the picturesque and historic city of Cambridge. The Kaleidoscope is a contemporary development of new apartments in Cambridge, comprising one- and two-bedroom apartments and penthouses. These apartments employ an imaginative use of feature glass panels in various colours, creating visual interest. They are a short walking distance from the city centre, engaging positively with the surrounding architecture and providing continuity within the city setting. This inspirational vision underpins and defines the spirit of Kaleidoscope.

These new apartments in Cambridge are perfectly located within walking distance of the train station and only half an hour from the city centre. They offer easy access to direct trains to London Liverpool Street in under an hour, making them well placed for access to the University Colleges, Science Park, Addenbrooke's, and Biomedical Campus. The maximum occupancy is six people, and parties, pets, and smoking are not allowed on the property.

The living area consists of a lounge area with a TV and a full kitchen equipped with all necessary cutlery and cooking pots. The living area also features a dining table. One bedroom has two single beds that can be combined into a king-size bed, and the other bedroom has a king-size bed. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and a bedside table. Additionally, there is a pullout sofa bed in the living room. All essential amenities such as towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are included. Bathroom essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel are provided, as well as complimentary coffee and tea.

While Cambridge can be explored on foot, the apartment is conveniently located near the train station and bus stops. It provides easy access to the city centre, Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Trumpington, and London. There's a Co-op store around the corner, as well as a Costa. Just across the bridge, you'll find the Leisure Centre, which includes several nice restaurants, a Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and a cinema.

Guests are welcome to use the fully equipped private kitchen, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Safety amenities include a smoke detector, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and fire blanket. The apartment can be accessed via an elevator and is suitable for people with reduced mobility. Two parking spots are guaranteed.

Some important points to note: High-speed free Wi-Fi is available for all guests at no extra charge. Guests can check in any time after 3 pm on the day of arrival and check out any time before 11 am on the day of departure. Guests wishing to check out after 11 am without arranging a later check-out in advance will be subject to an additional fee of 40GBP per hour or pro rata for part of an hour. If a late check-out is approved by Paymán Club at the time of booking, the cost is 20 GBP per hour. Check-ins before 3 pm and after 8 pm are subject to an additional charge of 30 GBP.

We provide a travel cot for toddlers in addition to the advertised number of guests that can stay in the flat. Please note that we only accept bookings from guests over 23 years of age at the time of booking. Bookings made by guests under the age of 23 or without a valid photo ID will be cancelled without a refund.

Please be aware that pricing may vary depending on factors such as the day of the week, number of nights, number of guests, and season. Standard house rules apply, including being respectful of the property and neighbours, maintaining tidiness, and keeping noise levels low outside of social hours. Parties are not allowed, and there should be no noise between 11 pm and 9 am.

Please note that this is a residential area, and we take the comfort of our long-term neighbours very seriously. Our neighbours are sensitive to noise, so if you are planning a party or a loud evening, we kindly ask you to consider other accommodation options. Only the persons included in the booking are allowed to stay at and access the property. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the full or partial loss of the security deposit.

Upon arrival, a security deposit is required for incidentals and will be released following a damage inspection of the accommodation. The security deposit may be retained in the event of violations of house rules or damage to the property. The security deposit is held as a pre-authorization of funds on your card, rather than a charge. Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for the deposit to be processed by your bank after the funds are released.
