A luxurious, light and spacious 3 bedroom top floor apartment with off street parking for two cars situated in a fantastic location. Easily accessible for Clifton College, Bristol Old Vic Drama School, Bristol University, the BBC, Clifton Village, Bristol Zoo Gardens, Bristol City Centre, Harbourside, shops and cafes.

This newly furnished 3 bedroom apartment has a modern fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, complete with all utensils, crockery and cutlery. Coffee, tea and sugar are provided. Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

You can relax in the lounge which has a TV with freeview and free unlimited high speed WiFi. Bedroom one has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a double size bed and a single bed. The third bedroom has a king size bed. Please note, this top floor apartment is up 2 flights of stairs (no lift or elevator). We provide high quality linen and towels for your stay. The 2 bathrooms have complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Other amenities include a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Please bring your own cot bedding if you are bringing an infant. If your stay is 14 days or over, there is an extra cleaning fee of £60 or you can have a mid stay clean for £60 which includes bed linen and towel change.

The apartment is situated on a quiet road in Clifton. Within walking distance are many coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and trendy bars as well as Clifton Suspension Bridge, the Observatory and Bristol Zoo. Also in the locality are Clifton College, Bristol Zoo Gardens, The Downs, Bristol University, BBC Bristol and Bristol Museum. Park Street and The Triangle provide further restaurants, night life and retail shops, you will find the Harbourside and Cabot Circus shopping centre about a 30 minute walk or a short bus ride away. You can indulge in a swim and beauty treatments at the nearby Lido Spa & restaurant, reservations will be needed for treatments. Genuinely a perfect location to explore Bristol.

Getting to the apartment

From Bristol Airport - Easiest option is to take a taxi. Uber normally available around £15 for a standard vehicle.

By train – arriving at Bristol Temple Meads take a taxi which should take around 10 minutes and cost £10. Another option is to use the bus service. Number 8 going towards the city center will take you within walking distance of the apartment. This journey should take 20 minutes.

Via Bristol coach station - You are 1.6 miles from the apartment, so walking is an option depending on the weather. Take any bus to the top of Pemroke Road where the apartment is located close to.
