Loss of Keys
In the unfortunate event of losing the keys, it is essential to inform the host immediately.

Deposit Deduction:
Any loss of keys will result in the full deduction of the security deposit. This covers the costs associated with replacement, and the changing of locks for the security of the property.

Security Measures:
Replacing keys, and changing locks are critical security measures to protect the property and future guests.

Replacement Costs:
All costs incurred for replacing keys, and changing locks will be covered by the deducted security deposit. Any remaining balance, exceeding the deposit amount, becomes the responsibility of the guest.

Prompt Notification:
Promptly notifying the host of any lost keys allows us to take immediate action to secure the property.

House Rules:

No parties or events - violation of this, will result in instant removal by security, with fees to be taken for call out

No loud noise after 10pm - please be respectful as there are other residents that live in the building, violation of this will result in security deposit being taken

No more than maximum of 6 guests - footage of extra guests not on the reservation or without informing the host result will result in £100.00 fee per extra guest

No smoking/ vaping - amount charged is dependent on several factors

No Pets

No tampering with the Ring doorbell camera - violation of this to cover/ disconnect results in automatic full deposit deduction

Linen/ towel damage - make up stains/ stains / deliberate damage will result in fees being taken to replace

No Damage:
Please treat the apartment with care. Any damages to the property or its contents will result in charges, equivalent to the repair or replacement costs, deducted from the security deposit.

"No Parties", "Loud Music", or "Disturbances":
To ensure a peaceful environment for all residents, parties, loud music, and disturbances are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the full security deposit being taken and may incur further charges.

We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these policies and house rules. They are in place to guarantee the safety, security, and comfort of all guests.
