Dear Guests, our seasonal pricing reflects the comfort, quality, and location of this beautiful 1BR DiCaprio apartment, equipped for 2 to 4 persons - in a peaceful, green Miraflores area, just a short walk from the beach (radius: 690 meters)

To ensure our guests enjoy a relaxed, quality stay (and to reduce changeover and cleaning disruptions), we’ve set a 3-night minimum stay during peak periods. 

Please read section: Other Things To Note, regarding the housekeeping fees. 

We aim to offer excellent value while keeping standards high for every guest.

We truly value your choice to stay with us. We understand that travel plans sometimes change unexpectedly, and we aim to be as fair and flexible as possible while ensuring we can prepare for each guest with the same care.

We offer free cancellation within the first 24 hours after your booking confirmation

- no explanation needed, no questions asked. This gives you peace of mind while you finalise your travel plans.

If your plans change more than 14 days before your arrival date, we kindly offer a 100% refund of the total rental amount. While we’ll be sad to miss you, we appreciate your early notice which helps us adjust accordingly.

For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival - we offer 50% refund of the total amount.

At this stage, we will already have lovingly prepared the apartment for your stay, and it may be difficult to welcome other guests at short notice.

In the case where the guests doesn't show up to the arrival date - no refund is offered.
