Please note that our tech-driven PMS system is fully integrated for a seamless booking journey. A security deposit is required for all stays. For standard holidays, a temporary pre-authorization of 190 EUR is applied to your card (it's just a temporary hold, not a charge). Property Readiness & Inspection Window:
The house is handed over in a crystal-clean state, fully prepared for your arrival, with fine protective mesh installed on the windows. Guests are asked to check-up the property within two (2) hours of your arrival - sufficient for inspection time, after which the property is deemed accepted in flawless condition, and no subsequent complaints regarding house readiness, condition or cleanliness will be accepted.
Guest Responsibility for Home Maintenance:
To preserve this pristine condition throughout your stay, guests are fully No claims or complaints related to environmental issues arising from uncovered food or improper waste management during the stay will be accepted.
