🆔 Guest ID Verification Required

In line with estate security regulations, all guests are required to submit a copy of their government-issued ID before arrival for registration with estate management.

IDs will also be verified upon arrival and must match the ones submitted in advance. This is to ensure the safety and security of all residents and guests within the estate.


🧼 Cleaning Policy

• The cleaning fee charged at booking covers cleaning after checkout only.
• Daily cleaning is not included. If you would like daily cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged at an additional cost.
• For longer stays (7+ days), we provide one complimentary cleaning every 7 days.

💰 Rates and Additional Guests

Our standard rate covers up to 2 guests. Any additional guests will incur an extra charge per person, per night. Kindly ensure you select the correct number of guests when booking, as the final cost is automatically calculated based on your group size. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property.

⏰ Early Check-in and Late Check-out Information

Early check-in
Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM.
If you’d like to check in earlier, please let us know, early check-in is sometimes possible at no extra costs depending on the night before. In some cases, an additional fee may apply if extra labour is needed to prepare the space in time for your requested check-in time.We recommend checking with us before booking so we can confirm availability.

Late Check-out:
Our standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Late check-out is subject to availability. If you’d like a little extra time, we’re happy to accommodate when possible. Please note that any check-out after 11:00 AM may come with an additional fee, as we’ll need to arrange extra cleaning to prepare for incoming guests.
Kindly confirm availability before booking if you’d like a late check-out.

For stays longer than 7 nights, we’ll gladly offer late check-out at no extra cost (when available). Availability depends on when the next guests are checking in, so please check with us in advance if you’d like to take advantage of this option.
