Welcome to Happy Days, a luxurious double-story penthouse offering world-class service. Located on Ocean View Drive, this exclusive 4-bedroom retreat boasts stunning views of Green Point, Sea Point, the Atlantic Ocean, and Robben Island.

Upon arrival, when you step out the homes elevator, you are welcomed by our main living area, where soaring double-volume ceilings, a baby grand piano, and floor-to-ceiling glass create an atmosphere of elegance and indulgence.

Your dedicated butler is on hand to cater to your every need, from arranging sunset cocktails on the balcony to setting up a private dinner or attending to your daily comforts. For a truly unforgettable evening, a private chef can be arranged (at an additional cost) to prepare a bespoke dining experience in your penthouse.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, luxury linens, and air conditioning (the last bedroom currently does not have aircon), providing a private sanctuary for every guest.

* Primary Suite: King bed, spa-style bathroom with a bath, shower, aircon, and double vanity, smart TV, and ocean views.
* Second Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, and double vanity, aircon, and ocean views.
* Third Bedroom: Queen bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower, aircon, offering peaceful privacy.
* Fourth Bedroom: Queen bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower, also providing peaceful privacy. Please note the aircon does not run in this bedroom.

The two front bedrooms open onto a slim balcony with panoramic sea views, while the rear bedrooms offer serene seclusion.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, including all four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, the kitchen, dining room, living room, balcony, backyard, and laundry room. Enjoy the private swimming pool, hot tub, and outdoor seating area. The property also features a garage and a workspace. Shared garage & Elevator

Please note: To ensure a seamless experience, your stay includes a private butler dedicated to attending to your needs, whether you prefer full service or discreet assistance. A private chef is available for bespoke dining experiences at an additional cost; advance booking is recommended.

Daily housekeeping is provided, with linen and towels refreshed regularly, excluding Sunday. The Butler is available 9:00-18:00 Monday - Saturday. Should you require him for additional times, this will be an additional cost

The penthouse spans multiple levels and is accessible via a private elevator. Secure garage parking is available. Kindly note that Happy Days is designed for refined stays; events, parties, and unregistered guests are not permitted. Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00.

Please note the home is in Green Point & there so currently a lot of developments being built nearby & you may hear construction noises during working hours.

- Answering the intercom/doorbell and bringing deliveries into the penthouse
- Lighting fireplaces and outdoor fires
-Assisting with simple children’s meals such as scrambled eggs, toast, and light snacks

Please Note
The butler service is intended to provide light hospitality and concierge-style assistance within reason. Services such as private chef dining, extensive meal preparation, childcare, personal driving, and overnight attendance are not included unless arranged separately.

No request is too big or too small. Should there be anything you require beyond the included services, please simply let us know - our team will gladly assist in arranging bespoke services and personalised experiences tailored to your needs wherever possible at an additional cost.

We offer a variety of private chef packages, with dinner experiences ranging from R1100 - R1800 per person.
We have a selection of curated menus available; however, should guests wish to tailor their own dining experience, our chef team would be delighted to create a bespoke menu and provide a custom quote based on their preferences.
