Memorias del Mar 2 is a cozy, modern top-floor apartment for families and friends who want a peaceful stay very close to Playa Carrillo. The open living room, dining area and kitchen connect to a private balcony through wide glass doors, bringing in natural light, fresh air and beautiful mountain views. The apartment sleeps up to five guests across two air-conditioned bedrooms: a king bedroom with a private bathroom and a second bedroom with a queen bed and an additional floor mattress.

There are only three independent apartments on this quiet, fully fenced property. Guests share a pool, sunny deck, loungers, outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue. Scarlet macaws are frequently seen around the property, especially during the morning and late afternoon, making the top-floor balcony a wonderful place to watch for them. Sightings are natural and cannot be guaranteed.

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, blender, toaster, sandwich maker and hot-water kettle. The living room has a comfortable sofa and smart TV, while 300 Mbps fiber-optic Wi-Fi supports streaming and remote work. A washer and dryer are available inside the apartment. Parking is included behind an electric gate, exterior common areas are monitored by security cameras, and self check-in is provided with a lockbox.

The apartment is only about 700 meters from Playa Carrillo—an easy short walk to one of Guanacaste's most beautiful palm-lined beaches. Restaurants and supermarkets are also within walking distance, Playa Sámara is about ten minutes away by car, and Carrillo is a convenient starting point for boat trips, wildlife watching, horseback riding, diving and other coastal adventures.
