The property features a large villa with two spacious bedrooms, each with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a large living room with additional sleeping space. Perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and privacy.

In the same garden area, four separate guest rooms each offer a private entrance, private bathroom, and the flexibility of one double or two single beds — ideal for couples or solo travelers.

Guests can enjoy a free traditional breakfast served across the street at Restaurant Rroshniku, unwind in the large shared garden, or explore nearby Alpeta Winery and hiking trails through untouched nature.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire villa, including the two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and both bathrooms. The large shared garden is open to all guests staying on the property. Laundry service is available upon request for an additional cost.
